Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Create and prepare delicious menu items with precision
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
  • Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
