Superba is looking for reliable Prep Cooks who are eager to grow and learn new skills.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience as a prep or line cook in contemporary, Chef driven restaurant
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation
• Basic knife skills and ability to work in a clean and organized manner
• Have a positive attitude and work well in teams
• Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
