Key Responsibilities:
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking ingredients used for recipes in production. The position requires following established production procedures and systems such as recipes and logs and undertaking fundamental cooking duties and techniques. Prep Cooks are also responsible for performing other food service tasks complying with sanitation and food safety guidelines, including but not limited to cleaning, sanitizing, trimming, cutting, and measuring.
Work Hours and Schedule:
Prep Cooks need to have availability from 6:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Sunday. Overtime will be mandatory if business levels demand it.
