Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Cook / Line Cook to join our

kitchen team. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate

about great food. You will be responsible for preparing pizzas, managing orders

during high-volume service, and maintaining our standards for taste,

presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other menu items according to recipes and portion standards
• Operate and maintain a deck oven — ensuring proper cooking times, temperatures, and crust quality
• Assemble pizzas quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Work the line during peak hours with attention to timing and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and prep areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience with a deck oven is required
• 1–2 years of experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
