The Role: Prep Cook

You’re essential to what we do. Every plate starts with your prep work. You help keep our kitchen running smoothly, ensuring every meal is as memorable as the last.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Following recipes and prep lists to a T
• Labeling, storing, and rotating ingredients properly (FIFO!)
• Prepping core ingredients that fuel every dish
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment (tilt skillet, slicers, ovens, etc.)
• Using knives and cooking tools safely and confidently

What You Bring to the Table:

• Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Team spirit and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Prior kitchen or food service experience is a bonus, but not required
