Join our team as a Line Cook where you will be prepping food items, making orders in a busy Tex-Mex food truck, and performing opening and closing duties such as cleaning equipment and getting the line ready for service. This is a delicious opportunity for you to enhance your culinary skills and be part of a dynamic team. Learning how to run a BBQ smoker and catering events will also be important. Opportunity to advance to main restaurant El Arroyo when open in early Spring

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
