Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced fine dining environment, has strong cooking fundamentals, and is committed to maintaining the consistency and quality our guests expect.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain consistency in plating, timing, and flavor across all dishes.
  • Work cleanly and efficiently to support smooth service.
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Assist with prep, stock rotation, and inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow cooks and chefs in a positive, team-driven environment.



Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a line cook, preferably in fine dining or upscale kitchens.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, temperature control, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to stay focused and calm under pressure.
  • Dependable, self-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
