About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen leadership team in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch and lunch environment. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to step into leadership while remaining active on the line.
What You’ll Do

Cook, finish, and plate dishes during service

Expedite and assist with expo to ensure quality and timing

Support daily kitchen operations and service flow

Assist with ordering, inventory, and receiving

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety

Help train and support kitchen staff

Uphold kitchen systems, standards, and consistency
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a brunch and lunch setting is required

Strong line cooking skills and ability to handle multiple stations

Comfortable expediting and finishing plates during service

Organized, clean, and detail-oriented

Reliable team player with leadership potential
Nice to Have

Baking experience (pastries, breads, brunch baking)

Prior lead line cook or junior sous experience
