Calling all high-fivers and high-rollers, we're on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to be part of our epic team and help us craft unforgettable moments for our guests!


Hourly Rate: $18-24


What you'll do

  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating, following recipes and portion guidelines.
  • Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste.
  • Organize and stock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth workflow during meal service. Notify the chef or manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a high degree of standards in cleanliness and sanitation in all the kitchen areas, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas, following food safety regulations.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure food quality and freshness.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the chef or manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and workflow.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with dishwashing duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a prep cook in a high-volume environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to safely operate kitchen equipment and tools.
