Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations with a focus on premium ingredients, artisan techniques, and seasonal creativity
- Design and execute an evolving menu showcasing fresh pasta and signature dishes.
- Curate wine dinners and pairing menus in collaboration with sommeliers, bringing harmony between food and wine
- Train and mentor the culinary team—instilling standards of excellence, organization, and passion
- Manage food costs, inventory, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and consistent performance under pressure
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a fine dining environment
- Deep expertise in Italian cuisine; familiarity with traditional and modern preparation techniques
- Ability to conceptualize and present wine pairing events with sophistication and creativity
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
