Job Description:

Rollin Smoke Barbeque is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Each employee must bring a smile to work every day and possess the ability to work flexible hours, take direction well, be self-motivated, clean, handle large workloads, and be a team player. Hours will vary per week, and candidates must be available to work mornings, lunch, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards

  • Set up and maintain a clean and organized cooking station

  • Follow proper cooking techniques and safety procedures

  • Handle and store food items according to health department standards

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

  • Handle large workloads efficiently and work well under pressure
