Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one assistant pastry chef to join our strong team. We are located on 3555 India Street 92103. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable and engaged.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Days: flexible, must be available weekend and holidays
About 40hrs a week

Responsibilities
- Β Work with different preparation from SCRATCH; mousses, biscuits, custards, creams, tart crusts, cream puffs, puff pastry
- Work on the croissant production: croissant dough from SCRATCH, rolling, cooking.
- Work on the bread production
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must be punctual, organized, focused and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of PROFESSIONAL experience in the Pastry Field
- Must have a valid SD Food handler license
