This is an Evenings and Weekend Full Time Position

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2-3 years kitchen supervisor experience.
- Banquet or catering experience.
- 3 -5 years kitchen production experience.
- Food industry career choice.
- Passion for the culinary industry and cuisine.
- Detail oriented, organized, hard working and dedicated.
- Proficient in all cooking procedures and food production.
- Ability to train and manage kitchen staff.
- Work well with other departments for a common goal.
- Receives direction well and executes tasks accordingly.
