As Sous Chef, you will work directly with our Executive Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, lead back-of-house staff, ensure quality control, and support the execution of a Michelin-level menu. Oversee kitchen operations in collaboration with Executive Chef
Supervise and train BOH team to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation
Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist with ordering, inventory, prep, and cost control
Lead by example during service and maintain calm under pressure
Ensure timely delivery of dishes during high-volume shifts
Contribute to menu development and specials
Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Excellent knife skills and deep knowledge of international cooking techniques
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems
Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to thrive under pressure
