- Prepare ingredients following established recipes and prep lists
- Maintain clean, organized prep areas
- Assist with receiving and rotating inventory
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the kitchen during high-volume service
- Prep or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills
