Join the team at Leons Lobstah Shack as a Line Cook! In this fast-paced kitchen, you'll be crafting delicious seafood dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. 


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal dishes with creativity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for seafood and culinary arts.
  • Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
