Our contemporary Mexican restaurant celebrates the rich traditions of authentic Mexican cuisine with a modern flair. We are looking for experienced and passionate Line Cooks to bring their culinary skills to our team and help create exceptional dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. 
  • Manage assigned station efficiently and maintain high standards for quality and cleanliness. 
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy shifts. 
  • Maintain inventory and ensure ingredients are properly stocked and rotated. 
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. 
Qualifications 

  • Previous experience of two years as a line cook in a high-volume or upscale dining environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine or a willingness to learn and embrace its flavors and techniques. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. 
  • Culinary school training is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
