- ServSafe Certified (or willing to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Minimum 4 professional kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively during high-volume service
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and a positive working environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operation
