As Executive Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in bringing culinary excellence to life—crafting dishes that honor tradition while embracing innovation. You’ll lead a passionate team, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen tells a story of quality, creativity, and care. As Executive Sous Chef, you’ll help set the standard for consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction, while maintaining a sharp eye on cost control and efficiency.

Support and inspire the culinary team through coaching, training, and daily engagement.
Uphold the highest standards of taste, quality, presentation, and sanitation.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and timely execution.
Partner with the Executive Chef to create new menus, seasonal offerings, and special events that excite our guests.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control—balancing creativity with profitability.
Handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning moments of concern into opportunities to impress.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, corporate policies, and brand standards.
Act as Executive Chef in their absence, ensuring seamless leadership and continuity.
Foster collaboration with all Food & Beverage departments to create unforgettable dining experiences.
4+ years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in an upscale or boutique hotel setting—or a culinary degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Deep understanding of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and cost management.
A keen sense of taste and creativity—balancing innovation with classic hospitality.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and excellence.
