Line Cook

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at our Colleyville location. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
