The Predictable To-Dos

Making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
Sushi rice preparation and sushi prep
Consistent high volume through the night
Possesses thorough knowledge of food menu in order to answer all questions from staff
Ensures food quality and exceptional presentation
Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and is properly maintained
Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have

1 or more years of experience making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
Knowledge and experience with Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
