This is a Career Path sales and customer service position that will take you on a journey from an entry-level Travels Sales Agent to a fully commissioned Senior National Agent or more. Our Full-Time Traveling Retail Lead Agent understands the value of teamwork, exude a positive attitude and sustain a contagious energy throughout the entire shift. You lead by example with a grace of authority, maintaining respect, dignity and compassion for everyone. You are always learning! What makes us different: We help others Travel Sales Agents assist customers with multi-faceted leisure plans and advise them of needs. Agents must build relationships with a variety of customers, understand their wants, anticipate their needs and determine the best services to match their desires and style. Seek potential to grow customer base through sales and customer service. Participate in an extensive four phase training program to advance their career to a Senior National Sales Agent.
