Overview of job responsibilities:

You will prepare and portion fresh ingredients and recipes for use in our delicious memorable dishes. You will learn a wide range of culinary techniques and skills in Chinese American cuisine.

Strong knife skills, know your weights, measurements and volumes
Have a keen eye for freshness, quality, and execution to ensure all steps and techniques are followed to achieve consistency
