Private Chef for Busy Family in Miami

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:

A dynamic and bustling family of four, residing in Miami, is seeking a highly skilled and culinary-trained Private Chef to join their household team. This family, consisting of two adults and two children aged 9 and 3, is constantly on the move and frequently hosts events, requiring a versatile and creative chef to cater to their culinary needs.

Responsibilities:

Meal Planning and Preparation:
- Design and execute a weekly menu that caters to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family with an emphasis on healthy and nutritious meals.
Grocery Shopping and Inventory Management:
- Source and purchase high-quality, fresh ingredients for daily meals.
- Keep track of kitchen inventory, ensuring that essential items are always stocked.
Kitchen Organization:
- Maintain a well-organized and clean kitchen space.
- Oversee kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Event Catering:
- Prepare and present meals for family gatherings and events.
- Adapt to various dietary preferences and restrictions when catering for guests.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Adjust meal plans based on family schedules, last-minute changes, or unexpected events.
- Be adaptable to different cuisines and cooking styles.
Communication:
- Collaborate with the family to understand their culinary preferences and any specific dietary restrictions.
- Provide regular updates on menu options and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Culinary training and a proven track record as a Private Chef.
Previous experience working in high-paced and busy households.
