About Us
The Lion Hotel is a busy 46 bedroom hotel with a restaurant and 2 function rooms. The Kitchen Team are responsible for providing meals to all hotel guests, and external customers, offering breakfast, lunch, and evening meals up to 9pm. The food is freshly prepared and input and ideas from the kitchen team is highly encouraged. The candidate will need to work to a high standard of cleanliness as well as deliver excellent customer service by providing qood quality meals in a timely manner.
