How You'll Contribute:
- Food preparation, cooking, baking, serving, and clean up.
- Prepare meals according to menu, following recipe and production requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Clear, wash, dry, and put away dishes and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and casual dining restaurant area
- Operate commercial dishwasher
- Set up restaurant dining area
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Food service experience is preferred, but not required.
- A desire to gain knowledge and experience in a culinary environment
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- High school diploma preferred
- Must be able to pass an organizational background study
