Title:  Team Dining Chef - Paycor Stadium

Job Description

The Team Dining Chef will be supporting the Bengals' players at Paycor Stadium. As the Team Dining Chef, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet the sports performance needs of the Bengals' team players, keeping in mind dietary needs and tastes. You will partner with the team Nutritionist on menu planning and execution. Additionally, the you will oversee and manage culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards of Aramark and the Bengals organization. The Team Dining Chef will apply culinary techniques to food preparation and manage the final presentation and service of food.

Job Responsibilities

• Trains and leads kitchen personnel
• Supervises/coordinates all related culinary activities
• Estimates food consumption and requisition or purchase food
• Selects and develops recipes and standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Establishes presentation technique and quality standards, and plans and prices menus
• Ensures proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensures proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen
• Work closely with client Nutritionist on menu planning and execution
• Assists the overall Aramark culinary program at Paycor Stadium as needed

Qualifications

• ​​​​Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience in a similar role or in a stadium, hotel/resort, convention center, education, or healthcare while keeping in mind dietary needs
• Requires a culinary degree or equivalent experience 
• Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
• Requires experiential knowledge required for management of people and/or problems
• Requires oral, reading, and written communication skills
