| Position is for a full-time pastry arts instructor at an accredited culinary and pastry school in Tulsa, OK. The qualified applicant should have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a pastry or baking position. Working with scratch product and using classical methods in pastry, international breads, Cakes and decorating techniques, chocolates, and presentation techniques.
